Aaron Silverman

Aaron Silverman is the chef and owner of Rose’s Luxury, which opened in 2013 on Barracks Row in Washington, D.C., earning Bon Appétit’s Best New Restaurant in America in 2014, one Michelin star, and contributing to his 2016 James Beard Award for Best Chef, Mid-Atlantic. He expanded with Pineapple & Pearls in 2016, receiving two Michelin stars in the inaugural D.C. guide, and Little Pearl (also known as Little Bear) in 2017, which earned one Michelin star. His eclectic American cuisine draws from Italian, Mexican, and Japanese influences, featuring whimsical dishes like pork sausage salad with habaneros and lychees at Rose’s Luxury.
