Alessandro Negrini, born in 1978 in Caspoggio, Valmalenco, Lombardy, Italy, is a chef who graduated from hotel school in Sondrio and trained at prestigious venues including Palace Hotel in St. Moritz, Gallia Palace in Punta Ala, Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia in Milan, Domaine de Châteauvieux in Geneva, and Dal Pescatore in Canneto sull'Oglio, where he met collaborator Fabio Pisani. In 2005, he and Pisani returned to Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia in Milan, regaining the restaurant's second Michelin star under their leadership alongside Stefania Moroni.
