Belgian chef Alois Vanlangenaeker has served as the Michelin-starred executive chef at Il San Pietro di Positano since 2002, bringing over three decades of culinary experience to create refined, imaginative dishes rooted in seasonal, local ingredients. Trained at Don Alfonso in Sant'Agata, he has shaped the hotel's unique gastronomic identity alongside the Cinque family over more than twenty years. A passionate photographer, he draws inspiration from nature for both his cuisine and photography.
