Antonio Guida, born in 1972 in Tricase, Salento, Italy, is the Executive Chef at Seta restaurant in Mandarin Oriental Milan, where he earned the first Michelin star in December 2015, just four months after opening, followed by a second star in 2016. Previously, he served as Executive Chef at Il Pellicano in Porto Ercole, Tuscany from 2002 to 2014, securing two Michelin stars in 2004 and 2010. His career includes stints at Michelin-starred venues like Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, Don Alfonso in Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, and Pierre Gagnaire in Paris, blending Italian tradition with innovative techniques.
