Arnaud Donckele is a French chef born March 29, 1977, in Rouen, Normandy, who has achieved the rare distinction of holding three Michelin stars at two separate restaurants: La Vague d'Or at Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez (since 2004) and Plénitude at Cheval Blanc Paris (since 2022). Known as the 'perfumer of gastronomy' for his innovative approach to sauces, he was named world's best chef in 2019 by Le Chef magazine and Gault & Millau's Chef of the Year in 2020. His cuisine blends Norman terroir with Mediterranean influences and haute cuisine techniques, emphasizing local producers and seasonal ingredients.
