i. Biography
Brett Graham, born in 1979 in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia, began his career at age 15 at Scratchley’s on the Wharf and later worked at Banc in Sydney under Liam Tomlin, winning the Josephine Pignolet Young Chef of the Year Award. In 2005, at age 25, he opened The Ledbury in Notting Hill, London, which earned its first Michelin star in 2006, second in 2010, and third in 2024, while peaking at number 10 on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list in 2014. He is also co-owner of The Harwood Arms, London's first Michelin-starred pub.
