Camille Thiriet

Camille Thiriet is a Burgundy winemaker born in Paris, initially drawn to perfumery after literary studies before transitioning to wine through education in Beaune and a Master's in International Wine Trade in Bordeaux. She gained experience at Domaine de Bellene and Maison Nicolas Potel, launching her own micro-négoce project in Comblanchien in 2016 with partner Matt Chittick, starting in a garage without electricity. The domaine has expanded to six hectares, focusing on Côte de Nuits Villages and other lesser-known appellations, with production growing from 2000 bottles initially.
