Chalee Kader is a Thai-Indian chef and restaurateur based in Bangkok, known for his nose-to-tail restaurants 100 Mahaseth, specializing in Northern Thai Lanna and Northeastern Isaan cuisine and holding a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and Wana Yook, which earned one Michelin star in the 2024 Guide. He previously served as head chef at the French embassy in Bangkok for over six years after training in the United States. Kader co-owns additional ventures including Fran’s, Mickey’s Diner, Holy Moly, and Soma with partners.
