Cho Eun-hee is the head chef of the one-MICHELIN-starred restaurant Onjium in Seoul, South Korea, where she specializes in delicate Korean royal court cuisine from the Joseon Dynasty, blending tradition with modern interpretations. Trained as a certified trainee in Korean royal court cuisine, she co-leads Onjium with researcher Park Sung-bae, reviving ancestral dishes like buckwheat naengmyeon with pheasant and Dongchimi broth for contemporary diners.
