Christian Le Squer, born September 30, 1962, in Plouhinec, Morbihan, France, is a French chef who earned three Michelin stars at Pavillon Ledoyen from 2002 to 2013. He joined Le Cinq at Four Seasons Hôtel George V in Paris in October 2014, regaining two Michelin stars in 2015 and three stars in 2016. Trained at the Lycée Professionnel Jean Guéhenno in Vannes, he worked in prestigious Parisian kitchens including Le Divellec, Lucas Carton, Taillevent, and Le Ritz before leading Café de la Paix, where he secured his first star in 1996 and second in 1998.
