i. Biography
Chudaree “Tam” Debhakam is the owner and head chef of Baan Tepa Culinary Space in Bangkok, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant ranked No. 42 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024, renowned for its sustainable farm-to-table Thai cuisine using local ingredients from its organic garden. She won Asia's Best Female Chef 2025 and was the first and youngest winner of Top Chef Thailand, after which she cooked modern Thai cuisine in six countries. Debhakam trained at the International Culinary Center in New York and worked at Blue Hill at Stone Barns under Chef Dan Barber from 2015-2017, shaping her focus on sustainability and food waste reduction as Chef Ambassador for Thai Harvest/SOS and UNEP campaigns (2015-2017).
