Daniel Johnnes

Daniel Johnnes is a sommelier and the founder of La Paulée, the Burgundy-focused wine events in New York and San Francisco. He serves as Wine Director for Daniel Boulud's restaurants and previously spent about two decades as Wine Director at Montrachet and the Myriad Restaurant Group. He also founded Daniel Johnnes Wines, an importing business focused on French producers.
