Daniel Tilinger is the chef and concept creator of ECK Restaurant in Bratislava, Slovakia, where he has elevated Slovak gastronomy through precise, fire-focused cuisine blending architecture, nature, and culinary craft. He trained internationally, starting at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant in London at age 23, followed by stages at Jason Atherton's Pollen Street Social, and positions in Australia, Dubai, and the two-Michelin-starred Ikarus restaurant. In recent years, he has been recognized as Slovakia's Best Chef by Gault&Millau.
