Davide Garavaglia is the Executive Chef at Côte by Mauro Colagreco in Bangkok, where he has led the restaurant since its opening in 2020, earning one MICHELIN Star from 2022 to 2024 and the MICHELIN Thailand Young Chef Award in 2023. Originally from Italy, he graduated from a leading culinary school in Milan in 2009, worked under Chef Davide Oldani at the one-MICHELIN-starred D’O, staged at Sketch under Pierre Gagnaire in London in 2013, and joined Mauro Colagreco’s three-MICHELIN-starred Mirazur in 2015, contributing to its World’s 50 Best No. 1 ranking in 2019.
