Didier Depond

Didier Depond has served as President of Champagne Salon and Champagne Delamotte since 1997, overseeing production and distribution of these prestigious houses in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Champagne. Prior to this, he spent 11 years at Champagne Laurent-Perrier, rising from salesman to marketing director by 1997 when he was appointed by Bernard de Nonancourt. Under his leadership spanning nearly three decades, Salon has become one of the world's most sought-after champagnes, producing fewer than 50,000 bottles per exceptional vintage from Chardonnay grapes in the Grand Cru village, with street prices tripling in recent years.
