Domenico Stile, born August 1, 1989, in Castellammare di Stabia near the Sorrentine Peninsula, began his culinary training at a hotel school at age 15. Since February 2016, he has been the head chef at Enoteca La Torre in Villa Laetitia, Rome, earning the first Michelin star in 2017 at age 27 and a second star in 2022, along with three forks from Gambero Rosso and four caps from L'Espresso.
