Dominique Demarville, born in 1967 in the Ardennes, France, is a renowned Champagne winemaker with over 30 years of experience. He trained in oenology at the Lycée Viticole de la Champagne in Avize and the University of Burgundy in Dijon, beginning his career with his first harvest in 1985. He advanced through key roles at major Champagne houses including G.H. Mumm, Perrier-Jouët, and Veuve Clicquot before joining Champagne Lallier as Cellar Master and General Manager in January 2021.
