Elena Reygadas is a Mexican chef born in 1976 in Mexico City, owner of Rosetta, Panadería Rosetta, Salón Rosetta, Bella Aurora, and Lardo, all in Mexico City. She opened Rosetta in 2010 in the Roma neighborhood, initially known for homemade bread and pasta influenced by her time at Locanda Locatelli in London, later incorporating Mexican seasonal ingredients. In 2023, she was named The World's Best Female Chef by The World's 50 Best Restaurants, with Rosetta earning a Michelin star in 2024 and ranking No. 34 on the list.
