Enrico Bartolini, born in 1979 in Castelmartini, Tuscany, graduated from the F. Martini Hospitality Institute in Montecatini Terme and trained under masters like Paolo Petrini in Paris, Mark Page in London, and Massimiliano Alajmo in Italy. In 2005, he took over Le Robinie in Oltrepò Pavese, earning his first Michelin star in 2008 at age 29, and later headed Devero Ristorante in Cavenago Brianza, securing a second star. He opened Ristorante Enrico Bartolini al Mudec in Milan in 2010, expanding to multiple venues including Casual in Bergamo and Glam in Venice, achieving a record 12 Michelin stars across his restaurants by 2022, making him Italy's most starred chef.
