Enrico 'Chicco' Cerea is an executive chef born in Bergamo in 1964 who grew up in his family's restaurant Da Vittorio, founded by his parents Vittorio and Bruna in 1966. He trained internationally at renowned establishments including Jacques Cagna's restaurant in Paris, Roger Vergé on the French Riviera, Heinz Winkler in Munich, Ferran Adrià at El Bulli in Spain, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Sirio Maccioni in New York. Together with his brother Roberto, he transformed Da Vittorio into a three-Michelin-starred restaurant awarded its third star in 2010, and has since expanded the family business to include Da Vittorio St. Moritz (two Michelin stars, opened 2012) and Da Vittorio Shanghai (two Michelin stars, opened 2019).
