Enrico Crippa is the chef and owner of Piazza Duomo in Alba, Piedmont, Italy, which he opened in 2005 in collaboration with the Ceretto family. Born in 1971 in Carate Brianza and raised in Viganò Brianza, he earned the restaurant's first Michelin star in 2006, the second in 2009, and the third in 2012, along with a Michelin Green Star in 2022. Piazza Duomo has been ranked among The World's 50 Best Restaurants since 2013, and Crippa serves as President of the Bocuse d'Or Italy Academy since 2012.
