Eric Robertson is co-chef and co-owner of Restaurant Pearl Morissette in Lincoln, Ontario, alongside Daniel Hadida, where they opened the restaurant in 2017 emphasizing farm-to-table cuisine from their regenerative farm. Prior to joining Pearl Morissette, Robertson served as Sous Chef at Langdon Hall and cooked at renowned European kitchens including In de Wulf and De Vitrine in Belgium, Fäviken in Sweden, La Grenouillère in France, and El Celler de Can Roca in Spain. The restaurant has earned a Michelin star, a Michelin green star for sustainability, and was named Canada's #1 new restaurant in 2018 by Air Canada’s enRoute Magazine.
