i. Biography
Fabio Pisani is an Italian chef born in 1978 in Molfetta, province of Bari, where he earned his culinary diploma. From 2000 to 2005, he trained at prestigious three-Michelin-starred European restaurants including Grand Vefour in Paris, Waterside Inn in London, and Dal Pescatore in Canneto sull'Oglio, Italy, where he met future collaborator Alessandro Negrini. Since 2005, Pisani has been co-owner and co-chef of Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia in Milan, where he and Negrini were nominated Best Chef by Identità Golose in 2014 and have maintained the restaurant's two-Michelin-star status.
