Francesco Dibenedetto is an Italian chef born in Barletta, Apulia, who trained at IPSSAR 'A. Perotti' and rose through prestigious kitchens including Le Gavroche under Michel Roux Jr., Joël Robuchon's La Table in Monte Carlo, and stages at three Michelin-starred establishments including Alinea and Royal Hospital Road. He served as Head Chef at Claude Bosi's two Michelin-starred Hibiscus in Mayfair (2015–2017), then as Executive Chef at Claude Bosi at Bibendum (2017–2022), which received two Michelin stars within five months of opening. Most recently, he was Chef de Cuisine at Brooklands by Claude Bosi at The Peninsula London, which achieved two Michelin stars in February 2024, just four months after opening.
