Gabriel Kreuther is an Alsace-born chef who honed his skills in Michelin-starred kitchens across Germany, France, and Switzerland before moving to New York in 1997 to join La Caravelle. He served as Executive Chef at Atelier in the Ritz-Carlton New York and The Modern for nearly a decade, earning Food & Wine's Best New Chef in 2003 and the James Beard Award for Best Chef: New York City in 2009. In 2015, he opened his eponymous restaurant Gabriel Kreuther in Midtown Manhattan near Bryant Park, which holds two Michelin stars, AAA Five Diamond Award, three stars from The New York Times, and memberships in Relais & Châteaux and Les Grandes Tables du Monde.
