Gilles Goujon is a French chef born in Bourges on December 10, 1961, who opened L'Auberge du Vieux Puits in Fontjoncouse, Corbières, in 1992 with his wife Marie-Christine. The restaurant earned its first Michelin star in 1997, the second in 2001, and the third in 2010, along with his recognition as Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1996.
