Gonzalo Aramburu is the chef and owner of Aramburu, Argentina's only two Michelin-starred restaurant located in Buenos Aires' Recoleta district, which he opened in 2007 in the Montserrat neighborhood before relocating in 2019. The restaurant, a member of Relais & Châteaux, offers an 18-course surprise tasting menu emphasizing creative cuisine with seasonal Argentinian ingredients, molecular gastronomy techniques, and local producers. After training in top European and US kitchens, Aramburu has maintained the venue for 18 consecutive years, earning recognition as No.35 in Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants 2025.
