Jeremy Seysses is a winemaker and co-manager at Domaine Dujac, a renowned Burgundy estate in Morey-Saint-Denis founded by his father Jacques Seysses in 1968. He joined the family domaine in 1998 after university in England and working the 1994 harvest, followed by his wife Diana in 2001 and brother Alec in 2003; together they oversee operations on over 20 hectares including Grands Crus like Echézeaux, Bonnes-Mares, and Clos de la Roche. Under their leadership, the domaine transitioned to organic farming starting in 2001 and achieved certification in 2011, emphasizing low-tech winemaking with whole-cluster fermentation for elegant, aromatic Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
