i. Biography
Xian Ming Yu is the Executive Chef of Wing Lei at Wynn Las Vegas, the first Chinese restaurant in the United States to receive a Michelin star in 2008 and 2009. He joined Wing Lei as assistant chef when it opened in 2005 and was promoted to executive chef in April 2010 after demonstrating skill in blending Cantonese, Shanghai, and Szechwan styles. Yu grew up in Taishan, China, and offers upscale Chinese cuisine featuring dishes like Imperial Peking Duck and braised Kobe sirloin.
