Molly Nickerson is the executive chef of Marea, a two-Michelin-starred Italian seafood restaurant in New York City, part of the Altamarea Group. She began her career washing dishes in New Jersey at age 19, attended the Culinary Institute of America, and progressed through roles at Pierre’s in Morristown, NJ, Sorella, Lincoln, and returned to Marea as executive chef after stints including sous chef.[1][2]
