i. Biography
Ollie Dabbous is the co-founder and former executive chef of Hide, a Michelin-starred multi-floor restaurant in London's Piccadilly launched in 2018 in partnership with Hedonism Wines. He first gained acclaim with his eponymous restaurant Dabbous in Fitzrovia, which earned a Michelin star within eight months of opening in 2012 and was named a 2013 Newcomer Catey award winner. Dabbous stepped down as chef patron of Hide in early 2025, after which Josh Angus was appointed chef director.
