Paul Cunningham is an English chef born in 1969 who has built a distinguished career in Denmark since 1994. He earned his first Michelin star in 2003 as chef and co-owner of The Paul in Tivoli's glass pavilion in Copenhagen, where he cooked for Danish royalty and international celebrities. Since 2012, he has served as head chef at Henne Kirkeby Kro, an 18th-century country inn on Denmark's west coast, which earned its first Michelin star in 2016 and a second in 2017, along with a Green Michelin Star for sustainability in 2021.
