Paul Stradner is an Austrian chef born June 23, 1981, in Graz, who earned two Michelin stars at Brenners Park Restaurant in Baden-Baden within three months of his 2012 arrival, making him one of the youngest chefs in Germany to achieve this distinction. He was named Gault & Millau Rising Star of the Year in 2016 with an 18/20 rating. Since 2017, he has worked at Villa René Lalique in Wingen-sur-Moder, Alsace, initially alongside his mentor Jean-Georges Klein, and became Executive Chef in 2020 with the goal of earning three Michelin stars.
