Raphaël Fumio Kudaka is a Japanese-born chef and proprietor of La Table Breizh Café in Cancale, Brittany, France. Trained at a culinary school in Lyon and having worked for 12 years as a chef in Japan, he came to France to deepen his knowledge of French cuisine. He apprenticed under Jean-Marie Guilbault at Ferme du Letty for two years before opening La Table Breizh Café approximately three years prior to 2013.
