Rasmus Kofoed (born 1974) is a Danish chef and co-owner of Geranium in Copenhagen, the first Danish restaurant to earn three Michelin stars in 2016, which it has retained since. He is the only chef to win gold (2011), silver (2007), and bronze (2005) medals at the Bocuse d'Or. Kofoed opened Geranium in 2007 near Rosenborg Castle with Søren Ledet, relocating it in 2010 to the 8th floor of the National Football Stadium (Parken), where it ranked #1 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2022.
