i. Biography
Rebekah Wineburg, a Washington, D.C. native, discovered her passion for winemaking during a family trip to Napa Valley at age 16, leading her to earn dual degrees in chemistry and biology from Macalester College and a master's in Viticulture & Enology from UC Davis in 2003. Her career includes harvest experience at Tenuta dell’Ornellaia in Tuscany, enologist at Staglin Family Vineyard, assistant winemaker at Rudd Winery, winemaker at Buccella from 2009 to 2015, and since 2015, Director of Winemaking at Quintessa in Napa Valley. She co-founded Post & Vine in 2012 with Erica Schubert-Kincaid, focusing on old vineyards.
