Sachin Poojary is the Head Chef of INDDEE, a Michelin-starred Indian fine dining restaurant in Bangkok that opened in June 2023. He brings expertise in both Japanese and Indian cuisine, having previously risen to Chef de Cuisine at Wasabi by Morimoto in New York, which was recognized as one of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants from 2013 to 2018.
