Sang-Hoon Degeimbre is a Belgian chef and restaurateur born in Milang, South Korea on August 5, 1969, and adopted by a Belgian family at age 5. He opened L'Air du Temps in Liernu in 1997 without prior professional cooking experience, having worked as a sommelier and twice vice-champion of Belgium in sommelier competitions. His restaurant received its first Michelin star in 2000 and a second star in 2008, establishing him as a leading figure in Walloon gastronomy.
