At minibar, she served as Executive Sous Chef and Head Chef, maintaining the restaurant's two Michelin stars during her tenure. In 2024, she transitioned to lead the kitchen at Shilling Canning Company, a mid-Atlantic restaurant located in Navy Yard, Washington, DC.
