Johannes Nuding

Johannes Nuding is the Head Chef at the Lecture Room & Library within Sketch in Mayfair, London, where he oversees the kitchen executing Pierre Gagnaire's 'New French' cuisine. Under his leadership, the restaurant earned its first Michelin star in 2005, a second in 2012, and a third in 2020, becoming one of only five UK restaurants with three stars at that time. Nuding has been at the helm for at least six years as of 2019, working closely with Gagnaire.
