Supaksorn "Ice" Jongsiri is a Thai chef and owner of Sorn, a Southern Thai restaurant in Bangkok that became the first restaurant in Thailand to receive three Michelin stars in 2024. Born in Nakhon Si Thammarat in southern Thailand, he grew up in his grandmother's kitchen and later revived his family's struggling restaurant, Baan Ice, before embarking on a two-year culinary journey through southern Thailand's 14 provinces to master traditional cooking techniques. His restaurant Sorn was ranked 38th in the World's 50 Best Restaurants 2024 and 11th in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2024, establishing him as a leading ambassador of authentic Southern Thai cuisine.
