Tom Sellers

Tom Sellers is a two Michelin-starred chef from Nottingham who opened Restaurant Story in Bermondsey, London, in 2013 at age 26, earning its first Michelin star within five months and a second in 2021. He began his career at 16 working under Tom Aikens in London, followed by stages at Per Se in New York under Thomas Keller and two years at Noma in Copenhagen under René Redzepi. Restaurant Story has also received five AA Rosettes.
