Tomos Parry is a Welsh chef and the Executive Chef, founder, and co-owner of Brat in Shoreditch, London, which opened in 2018 and earned a Michelin star within six months, and Mountain in Beak Street, London, which opened in 2023 and also received a Michelin star shortly after. He also runs Brat x Climpson's Arch in London Fields, launched as a 2020 pandemic pop-up.
