Wang Yong is the Senior Executive Chinese Chef at Jin Sha, a Hangzhou restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake, specializing in Jiangsu-Zhejiang, Hangzhounese, and Shanghainese cuisines with over 20-30 years of experience. Born in Jiangxi, China, he previously worked at Whampoa Club in Shanghai before joining Four Seasons in 2010. Under his leadership, Jin Sha has earned Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Restaurant status for four consecutive years and three diamonds in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide from 2018-2025.
