William Bradley is the Executive Chef and Director of Addison at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar in Addison, San Diego, California, where he has led the restaurant since 2006, earning its first Michelin star in 2019, a second in 2021, and a third in 2022, making it Southern California's first three-star Michelin restaurant and the first south of Los Angeles. A self-taught chef born and raised in Chula Vista, California, he initially aspired to be a professional soccer player before pursuing cooking through apprenticeships under Europe's finest chefs and key roles in San Diego and Scottsdale. His cuisine celebrates California gastronomy with precision, discipline, and innovative techniques using local, seasonal ingredients, featured in signature dishes like Regiis Ova Reserve Caviar, Scallops with morel cream and marasca, and Tomato and lemon risotto.
