Yusuke Takada is the chef and proprietor of La Cime in Osaka, Japan, which he established in 2010 and has maintained two Michelin stars since 2016. He trained at legendary French restaurants Taillevent and Le Meurice under world-renowned chef Yannick Alléno, and has become known for blending classical French cooking techniques with undervalued ingredients from his native Amami Oshima and western Japan. In 2020, Takada received the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants Chefs' Choice Award, a peer-voted honor recognizing his influence and leadership in the culinary world.
